1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using DROPVAULT, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service Description
DROPVAULT is a peer-to-peer CS2 skin marketplace. We facilitate the sale and delivery of in-game cosmetic items via Steam Trade. We are not affiliated with Valve Corporation.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to use this service. You must have a valid Steam account to receive items.
4. Payments
All payments are processed securely through WHOP. Prices are listed in USD. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your payment method. All sales are final unless covered by our Refund Policy.
5. Delivery
Items are delivered via Steam Trade within 15 minutes of payment confirmation. You must have a valid Steam Trade URL set in your profile. DROPVAULT is not responsible for delays caused by Steam downtime.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use DROPVAULT for money laundering, fraud, chargebacks, or any illegal purpose. Accounts engaging in prohibited conduct will be permanently banned.
7. Disclaimer
DROPVAULT is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
